Do you accept refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds. However, if there is a problem with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us hello@papersutekka.com.

Do you accept cancellations?

Currently, we do not accept cancellations or changes to orders. Some orders may be processed the same hour, therefore cancellations are not allowed.

Can you combine orders?
